PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The pre try-out skills development and conditioning clinic will include 6hours of total ice time as outlined below. Players aged (7-12) & (13-18) years are invited to participate in this program.

On-Ice Technical Skills Session ( 3 hours ):

Focus on improving skating/conditioning, passing, shooting, puck control and checking skills using high tempo flow drills.

On-Ice Tactical Skills Session ( 3 hours ):

Player's will be exposed to various options that can be used while executing group/team tactical skills - 2 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 1, 3 on 2. Other tactical strategies such as weaving, picking, puck-support and cycling will also be addressed.
